SHORT TERM RENTALS

Neighbors can go to http://hostcompliance.com/tips and complain about the short term rental issues they are facing.  Once they complete the form online, the Township will receive an e-mail notification about it and that complaint will show up on Short-Term Rental Hotline tab on our dashboard.

Additionally, neighbors can also call (570) 273-0023 and complain as well.

Pennsylvanians can purchase annual dog licenses from county treasurers. State law requires all dogs three months or older to be licensed by Jan 1 every year.

An annual license is $8.45 and a lifetime license is $51.45. If the animal is spayed or neutered, the annual fee is $6.45 and lifetime is $31.45. Discounts are available to older adults and people with disabilities.

For more information and an application, visit www.licenseyourdogPA.com or call the Pike County licensing authority (John Gilpin)  at 570-296-3441.
